Some of the Conditions We Treat
Care that meets you where you are.
Depression
Depression is more than feeling sad. It is a persistent low mood or loss of interest in activities once enjoyed. Symptoms may include fatigue, changes in sleep or appetite, difficulty concentrating, feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness, and at times thoughts of self-harm. It can affect daily functioning, relationships, and overall quality of life.
Anxiety
Anxiety involves persistent, excessive worry or fear that can be hard to control. Symptoms may include restlessness, racing thoughts, muscle tension, irritability, trouble concentrating, and sleep difficulties. Some people also experience physical signs like a rapid heartbeat or shortness of breath, impacting daily life and overall well-being.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
PTSD can develop after experiencing or witnessing trauma. Symptoms may include intrusive memories or flashbacks, nightmares, avoidance of reminders, heightened anxiety or startle response, irritability, and difficulty sleeping or concentrating, often interfering with daily life and a sense of safety.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
OCD involves unwanted, intrusive thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or mental rituals (compulsions) performed to reduce anxiety. Symptoms may include excessive checking, cleaning, counting, or reassurance-seeking, often interfering with daily functioning and causing significant distress.
Bipolar Disorder Type I
Bipolar Disorder Type I is characterized by a period of at least one week (or any duration if hospitalized) of abnormally elevated or irritable mood and increased energy/activity. Symptoms include, but are not limited to, grandiosity, decreased sleep, racing thoughts, and high-risk behavior. It must cause significant impairment or include loss of touch with reality. This may be followed by a period of at least two weeks of depression with sad mood, loss of interest, low energy, increased need for sleep and changes in appetite.
Bipolar Disorder Type II
Bipolar Disorder Type II is characterized by a distinct period of at least four days with elevated or irritable mood and increased energy/activity that is clearly different from a non-depressed state. It is less severe than a manic episode, not causing severe impairment or requiring hospitalization, though it is observable by others. The predominant mood in Bipolar Type II is depression.

Our Approach
Individualized TMS™, designed for your brain.
Your unique genetics and life experiences have shaped your brain’s ability to process information, regulate emotions and navigate a stressful world. At Neurobloom TMS, we understand how truly one-of-a-kind you are. You will find no one-size-fits-all approaches here.
Our psychiatrist begins by carefully evaluating your symptoms, then we use cutting-edge technology to map your brain’s unique patterns. Using that information, we tailor your TMS treatment to provide just what your brain needs. Every two weeks, we go through that process again, adjusting your Individualized TMS™ prescription as needed, to optimize your brain’s ability to function, treating depression, anxiety, PTSD and more.
